Hi guys, welcome back! I hope you’re well wherever you are in the world. We’re smack bang in the middle of winter here in Australia and it’s been freezing!
A while back, Priceline had a 50% off haircare sale. I’ll link the post to that here. Recently, they held the sale again and it was time to stock up and experiment with new brands. Here’s what I picked up:
2 x Batiste Original Dry Shampoo 400ml – $10 each – These are just repurchases.
4 x Garnier Fructis Shampoo in Grow Strong, Full and Luscious and Normal 700ml – $6.40 each – If you have a big family or want really good value for money, these 700ml bottles are great. On top of that, Garnier shampoos in general, are great products. I find their shampoos not too heavy, smells great and leaves hair voluminous after a fresh wash and dry. I’ve only used the dry fortifying shampoo for dry and damaged hair and really liked it. Unfortunately my local store sold out of those so I picked up these up to try instead.
2 x Herbal Essences in Hello Hydration and Honey I’m Strong 300ml – $2.75 – I’ve never used Herbal Essences before so picked these up to try.
Charles Worthington Shine Booster 250ml – $8 / John Frieda Luxurious Volume Shampoo 250ml – $8 / Toni and Guy Cleanse Shampoo 250ml – $8 / Tony and Guy Intense Softness Shampoo for Normal 250ml – $8 Finally, I picked up a few salon branded shampoos to see how they perform. I’ve only tried the Toni and Guy Intense Softness shampoo so far and absolutely loved it. It made my hair extremely soft, repaired the dryness and added moisture back into my hair. The salon branded shampoos are not as cheap as the likes of Garnier, Pantene etc but the quality and difference made to your hair is noticeably better.
This should keep me well stocked up for a while until the next half price sale. What shampoos do you use and would recommend? Let me know your thoughts below.
Thanks for stopping by!
Until next time xo
